Orders are dispatched within (4) business days and come with a tracking number. Shipping charges are automatically computed based on the weight and size of the item(s) and will be visible during checkout. Our team professionally packs and protects all boxes.

For orders weighing less than 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds), Standard Shipping from Israel via Regular Airmail is utilized, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks. Orders exceeding 1 kilogram will be shipped through Express Mail Service (EMS) or DHL, ensuring a typical delivery time of less than 14 days. For expedited shipping requests, please contact us, and additional charges will apply.

To facilitate prompt delivery, it is crucial to ensure the accuracy of your delivery address details, including a valid phone number. Upon shipment, a “Shipment Confirmation” email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

In the rare event that an order arrives damaged or incomplete, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
