If, upon delivery, your order is incorrect or damaged due to our error, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You may return the item or items at our cost, and we will replace the items or issue a full refund.

Every product that leaves our workshop should exceed your expectations. We take pride in our work; and if you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will make things right. In the unfortunate event, you are unhappy with your order, you may return the order for a refund excluding the original shipping costs. Please pack and return item(s) (at your cost) in their original packaging and in the same condition as delivered. Refund will be issued upon our receipt of the returned order.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours or less from the date of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange. Note that once reported, we cannot exchange any item or items that are defective, damaged and/or in unsaleable condition, or are missing parts 30 days after the delivery date.


We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item or items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days from the day we receive your item.
